Car driver had pulled into the intersection to berate the biker about something. Not sure what he had an issue with. Many F bombs were dropped. Biker said nothing.

I'm not defending the driver because he's an ass anyways, but we are seeing one edited side to the story and he does seem to take off rather fast after the guy gets pulled over.
I'm not sure what transpired before this 2 min clip, but if it had been all the car drivers fault the biker would have stuck around. That's my 2 cents.

Agreed. I'd love to know why the driver is so pissed. The biker could have done something, but we also know that lots of drivers get insanely pissed off over the littlest perceived slight. And anybody who, in real life, says, "I'll bust a cap in dat ass" is obviously spoiling for a fight.
